FL STUDIO Deadmau5 Sidechain bass.

Of course it's not gonna sound exactly like Deadmau5. However I've found some good tutorials to show you how to do it decently. Worth checking out.

If you're completely clueless to what sidechain is, watch this video first:

Here's one, the sound he used was nice but you can always make it nicer, easy way to learn a good way of sidechaining.

If you're advanced, and you can see what he's doing in the video, watch this one. Not recommended for beginngers.

FL Studio complete beginners guide made simple

I'm trying to make a good blog to help people with music production and FL Studio. I'd like to link a few articles and websites that really care to help. This one is gonna be short, but I'll have a better one soon.

If you don't have FL Studio, get the demo here:

THE NUMBER ONE PLACE YOU SHOULD SIGN UP AT:

www.soundcloud.com

SoundCloud is a must. Great place to meet other artist in the electronic music production. You get to post your tracks up there for free for other people to listen to and comment on your track. As well, you can comment on theirs. You can also have followers/following. A great way to get people to listen to your music.

Here are some good forums, I'd join if you haven't yet!

www.crazypellas.net     - Great Community with tons of helpful videos and helpful people. Also they do contests, which is always fun. More than worth checking out. Great site. My favorite.
www.idmforums.com    - Another great forum. Very helpful people.

www.theflipsideforum.com - This forum is for FL Studio only, worth checking out.

Now time for some free vsts!
If you're starting off, you don't want to spend a lot of money of software yet. It's good to download the free ones and get the hang of them. That way you don't have to use default sounds. No one likes default sounds. :P

Vengeance is one of my favorites!

Want to get good fairly fast?

Well, I'll tell you straight up, there's no way to get extremely good extremely fast. However, you can speed the process up a little bit. A lot of people do experimental, learning all the techniques just experimentally. I do that quite often, in fact. BUT tutorials really help the process go more faster as long as you pay attention and apply yourself. I need to be doing more of that myself, actually. Lol. Anyway, there are tons of bad tutorials on the web as well as great ones. The link above, "Crazy Pellas" has some tutorials that are good. There are also some really great ones on YouTube, you just need to make sure you get someone that knows what they're talking about.

GREAT YOUTUBE TUTORIALS FOR FL STUDIO:
(Seriously, this guy knows what he's talking about.)

I'm going to link a great section of his videos for beginners. If you're a beginner, I promise you will learn a lot from him. Be sure to drop him a comment saying thanks if you learn anything. Which you will.

The videos are kind of long, but you pay attention and stick with it. You wont launch Fl Studio and completely be lost. Well worth the time to learn.
